In the late 1960s & mid 1970s, NASA fabricated a lot of things, at least according to some theories. Here is proof that this policy is still alive and well. It seems
NASA had to modify this picture supposedly taken by one of their probes to remove the bus stop sign inadvertently left on the set. Provided by K. Rosenberg (TEB). |

What can I say, Conspiracy Central. Yes, that is the Watergate Apartments in the background. They played a rather famous part in at least two presidencies. The
